Direct Deals Voucher Terms

1. Unique Code Usage:
   Each discount code is unique and can only be redeemed once. Once a code is used, it will no longer be valid for any future transactions.
2. Redemption Channels:
   Discount codes can be redeemed either:
   Online at our official website: www.directdeals.co.za
   At our warehouse location.
3. Discount Application:
   The discount amount can be applied towards any purchase made through the above-mentioned channels, subject to availability of stock.
4. Non-Transferability:
   Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Validity Period:
   Codes are valid for one year from date of issue.
6. Returns & Refunds:
   If a purchase made using a discount code is returned, only the amount paid (after discount) will be refunded. The discount code will not be reissued.
7. Misuse of Codes:
   Any attempt to duplicate, sell, or misuse discount codes will render them invalid and may result in further action.
